Some of you already had the luck to listen to her beautiful voice, others to explore her intricate posts with hidden messages and stories… now it’s finally our turn to officially introduce @iamtancia and her musical world ✨ When Tancia approached us with her fragmented demos back in May, we knew straight up we wanted to work with her to bring her vision to life. Together, we carefully selected the tracks that would make up her debut EP. She then spent a week immersing herself in music at our humble studio in Ticino, working with our very own Laurent to shape and perfect the tracks. Once finished, we even had the pleasure to mix them all 🎛️🎚️ From that point, we’ve also been honored to work with her on the various next aspects, from marketing and digital support, to setting up the release plan, coordinating promo and giving some fairly useful business advice 😉 The journey isn’t over yet! After releasing the enchanting first single “Untitled” back in February, we are thrilled to share today her newest song “Cette Nuit” 🌃 Tancia, thank you for trusting us with your music and your vision. We are honored to be part of your journey and can't wait to see all that you will accomplish. Your voice and spirit are truly one-of-a-kind. Less than a year ago we got approached by @deb.musica, who had a mixed album, a video concept idea, a couple of press photos and a determination we hadn’t seen in a while. Deb wanted help in structuring and planning the release of her debut album. Having worked on another project in a different band before and knowing how much work it is to do it all alone, she thought Norma could be a good right hand 🫱 Deb and her album ended up becoming Norma’s first ever client and release project, working closely together for 10 months. Deb revealed herself to be a true creative with an incredible band and talent for revisiting jazz with a fresh and exciting pop twist. We are super proud to have supported her with this debut album, providing her with guidance in marketing, digital strategy, communication and creative assets. We also worked closely with her to coordinate the manufacturing of her CDs and records, ensuring that her fans could enjoy her music in physical formats too. On the other hand, Deb kept control of everything related to live and bookings and all of us tackled promo together, from radio to playlist pitching. Deb's debut album “Balancing Act” came out on January 20th, getting support from @radio3fach, @srfkultur 2, @radiorabe to name a few and, with the debut single “Look Who’s Here” charting 4 in the @itunes Swiss Jazz Chart last October 🙌 Working with Deb was an enriching journey, filled with passion, energy, and heart. We can't wait to see where her creativity takes her next.
